From February 12 to 14, 2025, RHIT and ECLEE University organized an exceptional Lean Six Sigma training led by Professor Mahamouda Salouhou, an international expert and certifier. Recognized by top institutions such as MIT and Boeing, this training marks a significant step forward for RHIT students and professionals within the network.

Usually very expensive, this training was offered free of charge, allowing participants to gain essential skills in continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization. The Lean Six Sigma certification is a passport to excellence, highly valued in the manufacturing, logistics, and technology industries.

The Professor Mahamouda Salouhou is the director of ECLEE and a recognized specialist in Lean Six Sigma, leadership, and diversity management. He teaches in Europe and the United States, notably at the University of Lille and in partner institutions. He is also involved in MIT initiatives and other international training programs. His expertise is based on more than 20 years of experience in consulting and training for major companies and organizations.
